TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Account Holder shall abide by the terms and conditions set forth herein:

By clicking accept the Account Holder thereby undertakes to indemnify the company, including its agents, and representatives, fully in respect of all duties, losses, claims, actions, proceedings, awards, expenses, damages, charges, attorney’s fees, government penalties, and fines.

Ta’Ray Courier’s agents and/or its associates shall not be responsible or liable in any way whatsoever for any item(s) received or left at its warehouse addressed to any person(s) not listed as a member.

You will be assigned a customer number that must be used as a part of your address to ensure delivery of your items.

Items without a customer number on the address label will be refused by the Company’s warehouse and returned to the sender.

The Jamaica Customs Agency is mandated to inspect all packages entering Jamaica. These items are subject to payment of duties, confiscation or detention.

Inability to contact customer for delivery within thirty (30) days after the arrival of packages at our office, will result in the item being auctioned to recover the clearance fees.

Account holders using the company’s credit card to make any online purchase will be charged a 10% service fee on the cost of the item.

Account Holders must comply with the applicable laws, permit and licensing requirement of Jamaica
